Our Research and Development team are continually researching new ingredients, inspirations, trends and methods to ensure that Natrocare remains at the forefront in product development.
Our state-of-the-art laboratories are where our on-site Research and Development team of qualified chemists and scientists, craft and develop creations for your product and brand.
We work with you to develop a tailored product brief with your expectations including cost, formulation, packaging, properties, benchmarks etc. We research the best ingredients for your product and formulate samples for you, at a minimal cost based on a basic formulation service rate.
Projects with more complexity may require a higher level of research and development, or specific packaging solutions, and service fees will be discussed in your consultation meeting. Up to two samples of product will be developed for your assessment.
Once the formulation is approved to your requirements, we test it and our Technical Consultants support you through the manufacturing stage and despatch.
The Research and Development team can offer support in laboratory testing and compliance through external providers if the client requires such as stability, packaging compatibility testing. We can also coordinate microbial testing, claim substantiation/ efficacy testing.
Our Chemists and Scientists can provide you with documentation to support your product’s regulatory compliance. Depending on the requirements of your certification or regulatory bodies, we can assist you in your process, such as unique safety data sheets/SDS and other statements.
